CHRIS TROUSDALE
Preaching Pastor & Elder
In 2012 Covenant Baptist Church (formerly Church at the Cross) was founded under the leadership of its preaching pastor, Chris Trousdale. Chris brings more than 23 years of preaching and ministry experience to CBC. He has a passion for expositional preaching, walking the church through the Bible verse by verse. Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and a Master’s degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Chris married his wife Allison in 2001, and they now have four children, sons Nathanael, Calvin, and Elijah and a daughter, Piper. chris@cbcemail.com
ANDY RIPLEY
Elder & Men's Ministry
Andy became an elder of CBC in October of 2022. He has been a church planter and pastor. Andy guides and supports the congregation with wisdom and grace, while also spearheading impactful initiatives within the men’s ministry, fostering fellowship and spiritual growth among the members. He and his wife Cristina have also led mission work in Brazil and the Philippines. Andy has written several books, which are available in print, e-book, and audio on amazon.com. rcrisandy@gmail.com
SUSAN KITE
Secretary
Susan began working as an invaluable secretary for CBC in January of 2021. With a warm smile and keen organizational skills, she ensures the smooth operation of daily tasks and keeps the congregation connected. She and her husband, Glenn have 2 children and nine grandchildren, all who live out of state. Along with volunteering at church, Susan plays in a community orchestra and works on special music projects. susan@cbcemail.com

Children's Ministry
Wanda orchestrates enriching activities and fosters a nurturing environment for young hearts to flourish. With a blend of creativity and dedication, she meticulously plans engaging events and coordinates volunteer efforts to ensure every child feels cherished and supported. Worship Leader
As the worship leader at Covenant Baptist Church, Michael not only guides the congregation through his musical talent and heart for worship but also coordinates volunteering schedules alongside other worship members. His leadership contributes to a vibrant and connected environment where each service uplifts and strengthens the community week after week.
